How often do you check my music?

Every plan gets the same checks: your Spotify profile every 12 hours and your full catalog every day. A change is confirmed before we alert you, so you never chase a glitch.

Which platforms do you check?

Spotify, plus Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Pandora. Spotify is checked every 12 hours and the other platforms once a day, on every plan, and new releases again on release day. More are coming.

What happens when a song gets taken down?

The alert names the most likely cause and opens a report. It says what we saw in plain words, then walks you through it one step at a time: check it wasn't on purpose, email your distributor with the ready-made message and the proof file, wait for the answer, and use Move Guard to put it back up elsewhere if they take too long. How do I prove I'm the artist?

Small catalogs: confirm it's you and start. Larger catalogs send one screenshot of your Spotify for Artists dashboard while logged in, and a person on our team reviews it. If we already work with you or your manager, we can verify you directly.
