Finding your artist
Search Spotify by name from your dashboard. Photos and a song preview show beside each result so you pick the right profile the first time.
Getting verified
Send two logged-in screenshots: the artist's Instagram and your Spotify for Artists dashboard. A person on our team reviews them, usually within a day. If we already work with you or your manager, we can verify you directly.
Importing releases
After verification, one click imports every release on your Spotify profile. Each edition and track is saved with its identifiers so the checks have something exact to compare against.
Starting monitoring
Press Start monitoring on your Overview. The light turns green once the first scheduled check completes. You can pause and resume from the same panel at any time.
Reading an alert
Each alert shows the before, the after and a suggested next step. Answer one question and monitoring keeps going. Alerts arrive in your Traxure inbox and by email once email delivery is switched on for your workspace.
Plans, trials and billing
Every plan starts with a seven-day free trial and bills monthly afterwards. Change or cancel from Settings. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the current period and keeps your history until then.
Appearance
Light, Dark and System themes, plus a visual-effects switch, live in Settings under Appearance. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
