Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use Traxure, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Last updated October 22, 2026
Our goal
We design and test Traxure against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
Across the site and the workspace:
- every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
- pages use headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers announce;
- Light, Dark and System themes;
- motion is reduced when your device asks for it, and Settings has a switch to pause visual effects;
- layouts adapt to small screens and browser zoom.
Known limitations
Some steps happen on other services, such as Stripe checkout, Google sign-in and the hCaptcha bot check, and their accessibility is controlled by those providers. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help another way.
Feedback
If something on Traxure is hard to use with your setup, email support@traxure.com with the page and what happened. We will reply and work on a fix.
