FAQ

How often do you check my catalog?

Every plan gets the same checks: your Spotify profile every 12 hours and your full catalog every day. A change is confirmed before we alert you, so you never chase a glitch.

Does an alert mean monitoring stopped?

No. Monitoring status and alerts are two separate signals. A release can be under active monitoring and have an open alert at the same time.

Which platforms are supported?

Spotify, plus Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Pandora. Spotify is checked every 12 hours and the other platforms once a day, on every plan, and new releases again on release day. More are coming.

How do I get alerts?

By email and in your Traxure inbox, on every plan. You can also send them to Slack, Discord or your own webhook from Settings → Alerts. Each alert carries the before, the after and a suggested next step. On Fridays you also get a short recap of your week by email; you can turn it off in Settings.

Do you detect copies, covers or AI clones?

Coming soon. Lyrics matching, audio fingerprinting and AI clone detection are next on the roadmap.

What happens when a release gets taken down?

The alert names the most likely cause and opens a report. It says what we saw in plain words, then walks you through it one step at a time: check it wasn't on purpose, email your distributor with the ready-made message and the evidence pack, wait for the answer, and use Move Guard to put it back up elsewhere if they take too long. The emails are written for you; you press Copy or Open in email and send them yourself. Read the guide: your song disappeared from Spotify

Can Traxure help me switch distributors?

Yes. Move Guard gives you your UPC, ISRCs and release details for the new distributor, checks the new upload matches the old one and is live on every platform, and tells you when it's safe to take the old one down. It's on every plan. How Move Guard works

Will Traxure contact my distributor for me?

No. We help you draft a note. Nothing is ever sent without you.

How do I prove I'm the artist?

Small catalogs: confirm it's you and start. Larger catalogs send one screenshot of your Spotify for Artists dashboard while logged in, and a person on our team reviews it. If we already work with you or your manager, we can verify you directly.
