Audiomack for Creators: how to claim your artist profile
If a distributor or label put your music on Audiomack, you claim the profile by messaging Audiomack on Instagram from your official artist account. Audiomack then emails you a claim code. If you created the profile yourself and have the login, you don't need to claim it.

Short answer
To claim an Audiomack profile, follow @audiomackartist on Instagram and send a direct message from your official artist account. Include your unclaimed profile link, your distributor or label, a UPC or ISRC, and an email not already linked to an Audiomack account. After checking, Audiomack emails you a claim code. Only artists can claim, so managers and label reps must ask the artist to do it.
What to do, in order
Check you need to claim
You don't need to claim a profile you created yourself and can log in to. Claiming is for artists whose music came through a distributor or label.
Gather your details
You need your unclaimed profile link, your distributor or label's name, any UPC or ISRC from your music, and an email address not already linked to an Audiomack account. A link to your site or bio also helps.
Message Audiomack on Instagram
Follow @audiomackartist and send a direct message from your official artist account with those details. Audiomack states no set review time.
Enter your claim code
After verifying you, Audiomack emails a custom claim code. Follow the on-screen steps to finish.
Set up your profile
A claimed profile lets you change your photo and social links, upload music directly and use the dashboard. Audiomack describes its Creator App as free.
Managers and labels can't claim for you
Only the artist can claim the profile. A manager or label rep has to direct the artist to do it. Once it's set up, Switch Account lets someone who logs in to several accounts move between them. We found no team roles in Audiomack's help pages.
Claimed isn't the same as authenticated
Authentication is a separate gray badge that you apply for in the Creator Dashboard. It typically takes 5 to 7 days, and you need a profile photo, two original uploads, 25 followers and the rights to your content.
How to fix duplicates
Audiomack has a route for each kind of duplicate, and each one keeps some things and loses others.
- Duplicate releases: email both links to support@audiomack.com and allow up to 24 hours. Plays merge, but comments don't.
- Duplicate profiles: use the Merge Accounts Request Form in Audiomack's help center. The account you keep must be claimed. Public plays transfer, but followers, likes and comments don't.
- Someone uploaded your work: use the DMCA Notice form on Audiomack's legal page.
- Anything else, including music on the wrong profile: contact Audiomack through its help center. We didn't find a dedicated process for this.
If your play count drops
Audiomack filters fake plays, so counts can move. A drop can also mean an account or release was flagged, so it's worth checking your release is still up.
How Traxure helps
Traxure shows whether each release is on Audiomack on its release card, without alerts yet. Alerts cover Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Pandora. When a release stops showing on one of those, it emails you the before, the after and a note to your distributor ready to send. It works with any distributor, and monitoring starts with a seven-day free trial.
