Deezer for Creators: how to claim your artist page
Deezer for Creators is Deezer's dashboard for artists, managers and labels. You claim a page with your Deezer artist ID and the UPC of a live release, so your music has to be on Deezer first.

Short answer
To claim a Deezer for Creators page, sign up at creators.deezer.com with a professional email, start a new claim request, and enter your artist name or ID plus the UPC of a live release that credits you as Main Artist. Deezer says this typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Contact support if you've heard nothing after 3.
What to do, in order
Find your artist ID and a UPC
Your artist ID is in the web address of your Deezer page. Your distributor can give you the UPC of a live release. It must credit you as Main Artist in the distributor's metadata.
Create your account
Go to creators.deezer.com, choose Sign up, pick An artist (or manager, label or provider), and enter a professional email and a name. Accept the terms, activate the account from the email and create a password.
Send your claim
In the claim module, start a New Request, choose your artist name or ID, enter the UPC, add your social details and send the request.
Wait for review
Deezer says review typically takes 1 to 3 business days, and to contact support if you've heard nothing after 3. A request can fail if the page is already claimed or the UPC doesn't credit that artist as Main Artist.
Update your page
You can edit your profile picture, social links, highlights, biography and a short artist message of up to 120 characters.
Which account to choose
The account type changes what you can manage, so choose the one that matches your role.
- Artist accounts manage one page.
- Manager accounts manage several pages.
- Label accounts are for record labels, not distributors. Providers have their own account type.
How to fix a wrong page
Use the support form and choose Discography Issue, or email creatorsupport@deezer.com. Giving Deezer the right links up front saves a round of questions.
- A release is on the wrong page: send the album link, the wrong page's link and the correct page's link.
- You need a new page: send the incorrect page's link, the correct name and the links to the albums to move.
- You have two pages: send both links, confirm they are the same artist and list the content.
- An album needs to come down: send the album links, the artist page link, the reason and proof of your authority.
- A release is missing: check the UPC, timing and delivery with your distributor first, then contact support.
What you can't change there
You can't change your artist name on the Deezer for Creators site. Deezer will only change capitalization or accents, and anything else goes through your distributor.
What the dashboard shows
Deezer describes daily updated streaming data, audience demographics, geographic reach, playlist performance and listening patterns. The dashboard is built for reading how your music is doing. We didn't find a page describing an alert when a release is removed or changes.
How Traxure helps
Traxure checks your releases on Deezer once a day, alongside Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Pandora. When a release stops showing, it emails you the before, the after and a note to your distributor ready to send. It works with any distributor, and monitoring starts with a seven-day free trial.
