Pandora AMP: how to claim your artist page and get on Pandora
Pandora AMP, short for Artist Marketing Platform, is Pandora's dashboard for artists, managers and labels. Pandora describes it as free. You get on Pandora in two steps: your distributor delivers the music, then you claim the AMP account.

Short answer
To use Pandora AMP, first deliver through a supported distributor with Pandora selected and US streaming rights granted. Once your music is playing on Pandora, claim your account at amp.pandora.com. Pandora says review generally takes no longer than a couple of days, and longer if it needs more documents. Artists outside the US can use AMP, but campaigns reach US listeners only.
What to do, in order
Deliver through a supported distributor
Pandora lists supported distributors including CD Baby, DistroKid, TuneCore, AWAL, Believe, Ditto and Symphonic. Select Pandora in your distributor's store list and grant US streaming rights.
Claim your AMP account
Once your music is playing on Pandora, go to amp.pandora.com/claim-artist. A new account asks for your email, a password, birth year and gender, and Pandora may ask for more documents.
Wait for review
Pandora says this generally takes no longer than a couple of days, depending on its queue, and longer if extra documents are needed.
Add your team
Open the top-right menu, choose Team Management, then Invite. Owners can use the marketing tools and Insights, and can invite or revoke people. Publishers can see Insights and publish marketing content. Members are read-only.
Update your profile
You can submit profile and header photos and a bio in AMP, and they go through review.
What the dashboard shows
Pandora sends email updates about editorial additions, metrics and milestones, called At the Moment, Week in Review and Milestones. A removal or change to a release isn't among the alerts it describes.
- Insights: streams, thumbs, listeners, station adds, top five tracks, collaborations, programming placements and an audience map. You can download it as a CSV.
- Catalog: streams, radio spins, interactive plays, station adds and thumbs up for each track, with where they came from.
Being on Pandora isn't the same as being on the radio
Radio play isn't automatic. After you claim, Pandora's Music Genome Project analyzes your music. Being delivered doesn't guarantee stations will play it.
When something is wrong
If your music was delivered and you still can't find it after a few weeks, email amp-support@pandora.com. We didn't find a published process for music on the wrong page or duplicate pages, so use the same address and include links. Song credits come from your label or distributor, so ask them to fix those. Lyrics come through LyricFind.
How Traxure helps
Traxure checks your releases on Pandora once a day, alongside Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL and SoundCloud. When a release stops showing, it emails you the before, the after and a note to your distributor ready to send. It works with any distributor, and monitoring starts with a seven-day free trial.
