Terms of service

The agreement between you and Traxure. By creating an account or using Traxure, you accept these terms.

Last updated November 5, 2026

The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Thursdays At Midnight LLC, which runs Traxure ("Traxure", "we", "us"). They cover traxure.com, the Traxure workspace, alerts and any related service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these Terms.

If you use Traxure for a label, management company or other organization, you accept these Terms for it and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Privacy policy

Who can use Traxure

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract and not barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you. An artist under 18 can be managed by a parent, guardian or manager with authority to act for them.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password and sign-in methods secure, and tell us at support@traxure.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

Artist authority

You may only connect artist profiles you control or are authorized to manage. Depending on the artist, we ask you to confirm this yourself or to send verification material that a person reviews. Your confirmation must be true and your material genuine. We may ask for proof at any time, refuse, pause or revoke access if we doubt your authority, and close accounts that make false claims.

What Traxure does, and what it doesn't

Traxure checks supported platforms on a schedule, compares what it finds with the catalog you imported, and alerts you to changes it can confirm. Please keep in mind:

  • Coverage depends on what each platform's official API or licensed data provider makes available. Supported platforms, features and check speeds can change, pause or stop, including when a platform limits or withdraws access.
  • Checks run at intervals, not continuously, and can be delayed. A release we cannot find is not proof that it was removed, and a release we can see is not proof that it plays everywhere.
  • Alerts are information to help you act. They are not legal advice and not a finding that anyone infringed your rights.
  • We do not contact platforms, distributors or anyone else on your behalf, and we never send copyright or takedown notices for you.
  • We cannot control or guarantee what platforms or distributors do, including whether a release is restored.

Free trial, plans and billing

Plans, prices and limits are shown on our plans page in US dollars; outside the US, checkout may show the price in your local currency. Each plan is a monthly or yearly subscription, as you choose at checkout, paid in advance. Link, a Stripe company, sells and bills Traxure subscriptions as the merchant of record, so checkout, receipts and your card statement (LINK.COM* TRAXURE) show Link, and Link's terms also apply to the purchase.

  • Free trial: each eligible new workspace gets one 7-day free trial, and a card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan's monthly or yearly price, whichever you chose, when the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal: your plan renews every month or every year, matching the billing period you chose, and your card is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, Link emails you a reminder.
  • Limits: Artist covers 1 artist and up to 50 releases; Manager covers 3 artists and up to 200 releases; Label covers 10 artists and up to 600 releases.
  • Price changes: we tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Taxes: prices do not include sales tax, VAT or GST. Link adds any tax due on top at checkout, shows it on your receipt and pays it to the tax authorities.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, Link may retry it, and we may limit your workspace until it is paid.

One-time catalog scan

A catalog scan is a single payment for one check of one artist's catalog at the time of the scan. It is not a subscription and does not renew. We email a sign-in link to the address used at checkout; opening it creates your account. The scan shows where each release was listed when we checked; it does not include monitoring, alerts or guidance on fixing listings. If you start a paid plan within 60 days, the scan price is credited against your first plan payment. Because the scan is delivered when it runs, it is non-refundable once started, except where the law requires otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel online at any time: in your workspace open Settings, choose Open billing under Your plan, then Manage subscription, or cancel from your Link account at link.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and if you cancel during the free trial you are not charged.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months or years, except where the law requires a refund, such as a cooling-off period where you live, or we charged you by mistake. As the seller, Link may also refund a charge under its own terms, for example within 60 days to resolve a dispute. If a charge looks wrong, email support@traxure.com within 60 days or contact Link support.

Acceptable use

Do not use Traxure to:

  • connect, monitor or claim artists you are not authorized to manage;
  • send false, misleading or abusive verification material, reports or notices;
  • break the law or the terms of any platform whose data Traxure shows;
  • copy, scrape, resell or redistribute Traxure or the catalog data in it, or build a competing dataset from it;
  • probe, overload or get around Traxure's security, limits or access controls;
  • decompile or reverse-engineer Traxure, except where the law allows it;
  • harass anyone, or upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or write in Traxure, such as screenshots, notes and answers. You give us permission to host, copy and process it only as needed to run Traxure for you, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Our service

Traxure, including its software, design, text and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Traxure under these Terms while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Platforms and third-party services

Traxure is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Google or YouTube, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud, Pandora or any other platform. Platform names, logos and catalog content belong to their owners, and your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

For content from the Spotify Platform: Spotify makes no warranties and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, for the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service and Spotify Content shown in Traxure. You may not modify or create derivative works of them, or decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce them to source code, except where the law allows it. We, not Spotify, are responsible for Traxure, and Spotify and the other platforms have no liability to you for it. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and our Privacy Policy and may enforce them directly.

Traxure uses YouTube API Services. By using Traxure's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are sold through Link and payments are processed by Stripe, each under its own terms. Google sign-in, Slack, Discord and any other service you connect are subject to their providers' terms.

Alerts and messages

We send alerts through the channels you turn on, and service messages about your account, security and billing by email. You can change alert channels in Settings; service messages are part of the service and stop when your account is closed.

Text message alerts

Text alerts are optional account notifications about your catalog. You turn them on in Settings with your own mobile number and your consent, which we record. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, at any time; you can also turn texts off in Settings. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Traxure at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or do not pay, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. When an account closes, your access ends and we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes. Terms that by their nature should last, such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability and dispute terms, continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Traxure is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that Traxure will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will catch every change on every platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Traxure, its operator, staff and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, royalties, streams or data, arising from Traxure. Our total liability for any claim relating to Traxure is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Thursdays At Midnight LLC and its staff and providers from any third-party claim, and the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your misuse of Traxure, your breach of these Terms or a false claim of authority over an artist.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us at hello@traxure.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. A dispute that is not resolved will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and both of us consent to those courts, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. If you are a consumer whose local laws give you protections that cannot be waived, including the right to bring a claim where you live, those protections still apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the workspace at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless it is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using Traxure after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel before then.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Traxure. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them along with Traxure's business. Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as platform outages, internet or power failures, or natural disasters.
